Cannot run updatenow

    I tried doing updatenow and I get the following:

    /scripts/updatenow
    receiving file list ... done
    ./
    .cPanelRPM.pm.swp
    makesecondary
    rename .makesecondary.S0KxHm -> makesecondary : Operation not permitted
    wrote 130 bytes read 41786 bytes 27944.00 bytes/sec
    total size is 2926340 speedup is 69.81

    Hello,

    Just checking but are you running that command as root?

    If so can you check and see if that file its trying to move has any special permissions set on it (such as chattr or a 0 chmod) and also make sure the partition that file is on is not full.

    Yes I am runnign as root.

    I just checked and makesecondary has a 0 chmod.

    But how did it get like that, and what is that file for?

    Thanks any help will be appreciated.
