cannot send any mail

when i try to send any mail from the server i get this error the server is recieving mail fine just will not send

Server replied: 11 Can't execute command '/usr/local/cpanel/bin/sendmail_cpanel -i -t -f


when i type sendmail from the command line it says segmentation fault

try running the

/scripts/eximup --force


or

edit /var/cpanel/cpanel.conf and set:

eximmailtrap=0
