Hi Guys I have been battling with this problem of not being able to send email from my vps showing error timeout or network unreachable and it was just recently configured and Yes right now I am really frustrated for not getting it to work. I am still new to WHM configuration but i want to believe default configuration should definitely be working perfectly and I have tried many recommended solution from different forums but no result please any help will be appreciate.
    Thanks.

It should, if your server is configured properly. Are you using gmail for email here or what? Can you explain your setup a bit more?

Are there any issues shown here when you put in your domain name?

    As that message states:

You will have to contact your Hosting Provider to accomplish this part.

Your Hosting Provider is where you got the VPS from.

Found a solution after several hours of searching online, in the end the hosting provider just told me they blocked smtp by default from my server and now they have enabled it thanks everyone who tried to help.
