Cannot send email using Horde?

I've tightened down some of the security settings on my server and none of my users can send email using Horde. I've tried sending some test emails and they never went out and nothing is even showing up in the eximlog anytime I try to send an email.

I've tried /scripts/fixwebmail and it said it was deprecated, ran the resethorde script and it totally broke my horde, ran /scripts/upcp --force then deleted the horde database, imported the default horde database, but it's still not working!

Any ideas?

It might be a courier IMAP issue. Can you send emails via IMAP in Outlook?

Turns out it was because of the patch that I applied at http://www.webhostgear.com/index.php?art/id:232. I don't recommend anybody do this, unless of course you dont use/offer Horde or Squirrelmail.
