I can`t send mail through horde or SquirrelMail. /var/log/exim_mainlog is empty. I can recive mails, but can`t send. My OS is FreeBSD 6.1-RELEASE-p15 cpanel and WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-R7965.

When I try to reach it through outlook I get this error:

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'mail.domain.com', Server: 'mail.domain.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10053, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

Those sound like two different problems.

With Outlook, it would be likely that your ISP is blocking port25 traffic to all but their servers... can you telnet to your server on port 25?

As for the Webmail... do you get any errors?

No, through webmail didn`t get any errors. But this is what I found:

    telnet> open mail.domain.com
    Trying 0.0.0.0...
telnet: connect to address 0.0.0.0: Connection refused
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host

    telnet> open localhost 25
    Trying 127.0.0.1...
    Connected to localhost.
    Escape character is '^]'.

220-We do not authorize the use of this system to transport unsolicited,
    220 and/or bulk e-mail.

    Exim dosen`t bind on mail.myserver.com.
    What should I try ?

When I try to send mail via telnet in /var/log/exim/mainlog i get this error:

    2007-03-22 12:27:21 1HUKVn-0002F2-2X <= sender@domain.com H=(saturn) [127.0.0.1] P=smtp S=236

    2007-03-22 12:33:57 End queue run: pid=8670

    Thanks in advance

Ok, to make sure you're testing correctly:

From a computer other than your server, try to telnet:

    telnet mail.domain.com 25

    If that fails, try:

    telnet mail.domain.com 110

If that works, then your ISP is likely blocking port 25. You can also run a second instance of Exim on a different port... that's setup through WHM.

By telneting on localhost, you're not testing any off-server stuff. By using telnet with no port, you're hitting port 23, which is usually blocked on the server in a secure setup.

Are you sure there's no firewall blocking that port?
