I am a new user. I cannot send emails. I get the following error:

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'mail.xxx.com', Server: 'mail.xxx.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10053, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

I do not have problems sending emails using the software on the same computer with a different account. The problem must be with cPanel.

    Wrong port

Try changing the port to 26.
