Cannot send mail and received mail

    Hi,

    I using whm management my e-mail i'm encounter problem:confused: regarding the e-mail cannot send and received who could tell me know how to check the problem at whm. could you write down the easy step for me. At here i'm very grateful who view my message.

    You have to ssh to the server and check the exim_mainlog to see where exactly the issue is

    Here you can see the error-message:

    have you tried using auto-config and check that the pop and smtp servers are correct?

    NORMALLY< your smtp and pop servers would be:

    mail.domain.com

    while other hosts may use:

    smtp.domain.com
    pop.domain.com
