A user of mine is getting the following error when he tries to send an e-mail to his account:

    user@domain.com
SMTP error from remote mailer after RCPT TO:<user@domain.com>:
host domain.com [x.x.x.x]: 550-(server.host.name) [x.x.x.x] is currently not permitted to relay
550-through this server. Perhaps you have not logged into the pop/imap server
550-in the last 30 minutes or do not have SMTP Authentication turned on in your
    550 email client.

What's odd, is that mail for an addon domain in his account works fine, it's his primary domain that has the issue. I created his account on my home machine and I get the exact same error when I try to send. SMTP is checked, and no, my ISP does not block port 25, nor his. I've tried running all the scripts I could think of, but to no avail. Any ideas?
