Greetings, i am having a problem unparking a domain from one of our customers, cpanel seems to add a "â" at the beginning and the end of the domain name, thus cpanel cannot find it to unpark it:

Parked Domain Maintenance

There was a problem removing the parked domain Show Details

The system cannot determine the base domain for âdomainname.com†(i.e., the domain on which “domainname.com†is parked).

Never had any issues of this kind and i am completely lost.

Hello :)

Please review the cPanel user file for this account at:

Code:
# /var/cpanel/users/$username
You should see a "DNS=" line for this parked domain name. Is it correctly listed in this file, or is there invalid syntax associated with the parked domain name?

Thank you.

Thanks Michael but i already checked those files and ran the updateuserdomains script, everything seems ok, but when i try to remove the parked domain cpanel seems to add the "â" character at the beginning and the end of the domain, maybe thats why it doesnt find it.

Its there any way to unpark a domain through the command line?

This will typically happen when parts of the parked domain name (e.g. it's DNS Zone) have already been removed from the system. Check to see if it's DNS Zone exists, and if there are valid entries for it in the "/var/cpanel/userdata/username" directory. If the issue persists, open a support ticket and we can take a closer look:
