    Hello All,

I could not send mail through webmail. I get the following message when I use webmail.

"A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:"

When I use the mail trouble shooter in the webmail I get this error.

    Legend
    Mail Routing Error
    Filter File
    SMTP Destination

    Please help.

    Thank you,

    the adderesses are there

    Hello,

    Thanks for Replying.

But the addresses are there and i can send mails to them from Outlook using the same mail server settings and it works fine.

The thing is it sends mail to itself from Webmail but fails for the outside world mail addresses.

    i.e testing@mydomain.com -> testing@mydomain.com is Fine.
    testing@mydomain.com -> abc@xyz.com Fails ( abc@xyz.com do exists) happend only from Webmail.

    Any Help would be appreciated.

    Regards,

    User?

    Hello,

    Thanks,

U mean to say the mailbox to which the server is trying to send mail does not exists is it?

But i am receiving mails for the same mailbox from every where, only webmail refuses to send it. else Everything is working fine from Outlook.

Why Outlook didn't say that the user does not exists. It works fine there.

    Regards,

    Firewall?

I just had a VERY similar problem -- finally discovered that the Windows XP "firewall" had been activated, plus my Zone Alarm.

Unclicked XP and that was it.

    No

    Hello,

    Thanks for Replying.

The Whole World is able to send mails to the user i am trying to send and it received those mails. from others but not from Me(Horde/Neomail).

Why Horde/NeoMail is not sending it, If Outlook or any other mail agent can send it (using the same mail settings).

I suppose the New release of WHM has just screwed up my servers. I wish i wouldn't have upgraded to the new WHM 6.0 release. bcoz my servers were running prefectly before that.

    The Problems after upgrade!!!

    1. First was Apache (FD_SETSIZE problem)
    2. ZendOptimizer Compatibility with Php 4.3.1 and Now
    3. WebMail not sending mails to the World.

I don't want to say anything for WHM's new releases, but the new upgrades are really creating problems for the Servers.

    Regards,
