Hi everybody,

I've an issue with cPanel as its the 2nd time it happens. I've access to the WHM, but I don't have access to webmail or anydomain.com/cpanel (or port 2083). I just receive in both cases Access denied messages.

The last time I had this issue (a week ago) my server teach guy told me cpanel autorepair itself, that it was just a temp error.

Thanks for letting me know what could be the issue so I investigate further about this.

Hey there! I need a bit more details to be able to provide helpful advice for this one. Are you saying that you can get to the login pages properly, but entering your username and password gives you the "Access Denied" message? Or, are you not able to get to the page to attempt to log in at all?

Thanks cPRex

This: entering your username and password gives you the "Access Denied" message (to gain access for the webmail and the cpanel, both cases).

It's working right now, but I want to make sure this don't happen again or what's the cause of the issue. As logs, server info and everything seems just fine

Thanks for the details. The best place to check for information about this would be in the /usr/local/cpanel/logs/login_log log on the machine. I'm not aware of anything that would cause seemingly random authentication issues.
