I bought cloud 1 vps with cpanel license at OVH hosting

I cant add a database, ftp, and other stuff cPanel lets you do.

Isnt this how my cPanel should look like?

I called support and they are very unhelpful and dont know anything. I just bought this yesterday and I'm not happy at all with them, they told me to come here.
