I have consumer who's trying to login to their Cpanel and they received this error: Peer's certificate issuer has been marked as not trusted by the user.

That should be something related with his browser settings. He might click the option "Do not accept the certificate and do not connect to the website" in the pop-up warning page while tryin g to access secure cpanel before. Ask him to try the same via another browser and see the results.

If it's Firefox 3 beta they will need to add an exception as they've made changes in Firefox 3 which don't offer a popup anymore and self-signed certs by default won't be allowed, one option - buy a low-level cert and install it for secure cPanel access ($10-$15 at most places).
