Can't access phpMyAdmin - page isn’t working

    Hi,

    I am getting following message when I try to access phpmyadmin from WHM or Cpanel user for the url https://my ip address:2087/cpsess8808191660/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/index.php

    The my ip address page isn’t working
    my ip address is currently unable to handle this request.

    anyone please help me.

    Hello :)

    Are you attempting to use the direct URL, or are you accessing cPanel/WHM first and then browsing to the phpMyAdmin option?

    Also not working direct link. I tried following way but getting same page.

    yourdomainname.com:2083/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/index.php

    it goes to phpmyadmim page first and shows " The system will redirect in a moment ", and then redirect to the page " The my ip address page isn’t working
    my ip address is currently unable to handle this request."

    Root Administrator
    Your access level is listed as "Website Owner". Do you have root access to this system? If not, please report this to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look.

    changing mysql root password solved my problem.. thanks
