    Hi All
I have a new domain name & have installed wordpress successfully but when I try to access my public_html files with FileZilla all I see in the Remote Site box is: /
I don't know if I need to ask this question in cPanel, FileZilla, my hosting company or wordpress.
If anyone can help I would be very grateful!
    Thank you in advance!!!
    Julie

    Hello Julie,

Your current access level is Website Owner, so you would probably need to ask your hosting company for assistance. If you had root level access to your server, then we can probably assist, but with Website Owner access it's going to be difficult to walk you through this. Your hosting company however should be able to assist you, and if they can't then they are free to open a support ticket with cPanel directly.
