can't access some domain's POP and WWW

For some reason after I upgraded to 6.0 R87 there are some domains on one of my cPanel boxes that are sparaticaly inaccessable with POP and HTTPD?

I can't make see what is different between the working and non-working sites... so I am quite puzzeled.... has anyone else expirienced this?
