This one has me baffled. I can no longer access WHM or CPANEL on one server. Worked fine this am. Everything else seems to be working fine (ssh, other sites running on apache, email, etc)

I disabled the firewall on the server AND my PC and the connection still times out.

    Also, did: server cpanel restart

    Any ideas?

Hello, I had the same error. To fix it follow my instructions.

Login to SSH under your ROOT account.

Then, use the cd /usr/local/cpanel command

    From there, type ./startup

    After that, type ./cpanel

It should shut everything down (cPanel dependent services, so Apache will stay running) then it will start everything back up. If it doesn't work the first time try it once more. (Took me two tries)

    Regards,
    Dennis
