    Hey there guys...

I have a client who is having trouble adding mail accounts in cPanel. The addon domain has been configured corectly, just that when he tries to add name@addondomain.com to the mail accounts, he can only add it as name@addon.primarydomain.com which isn't acceptable.

    Hope someone can help

Is the user logged in as the main cPanel user or the addon domain user when trying to create the email account?

i am logged in as the main user. I am the only user. Do I need to create a seperate log in for the addon account? I will try that now and see if it works. OK I cant log on my addon domain with the username and password I just set up .hmmmmm gonna have to go look that up now.

    I got it thanks.
