hi my cp keeps failing several times per day and night

    reason

The service “cpsrvd” appears to be down.

    Service Check Method

The system failed to connect to this service’s TCP/IP port.

    Reason

Service check failed to complete: Can't bind to an ephemeral port on 127.0.0.1: Address already in use

does anyone know a solution for this?

    thansk in advance

    Hello,

That shows cpsrvd is listening on the correct ports. Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look to see what's happening on this system?

    Thank you.
