On the Tweak Settings page, it says to run build/easyapache after upgrading Mysql. So I did, and it didn't go well. Here's a cut and paste of easyapache output after upgrade mysql to 4.1.

    Code:

looks like they borked the path in easyapache for 64bit.

    give this a try

delete /home/cpapachebuild directory and then rerun /scripts/easyapache from SSH

also I am not that familier with the directory structure on 64bit but check the ld.so.conf and add /usr/lib and /usr/local/lib (or the equiv path for 64bit) and then run ldconfig
