We are currently running this version WHM 10.6.0 cPanel 10.6.0-R4 on CentOS 3.6 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

We are trying to upgrade some of our customers to new packages, it says they have the package but does not upgrade their space limit to their cpanel or in the whm. Can't change the quota either. It says that it is changing the quota, but when you look at the account, it has still stayed the same.

I have a client that needs upgrading asap as he is over quota, please someone help me!

    Go on, have a guess
The first thing I'd suggest that you do is upgrade to the latest tree version of cPanel. IIRC, there's also a bug, which may have been fixed, with accounts containing dashes.
