Can't Change System Filter File

We are trying to setup all incomming and outgoing email for a domain to be forwarded. However it isn't working. I believe that it is due to the fact that when we change the filter file from /etc/cpanel_exim_system_filter to /etc/cpanel_exim_system_filter2 we end up getting an error thrown in WHM "Invalid value (/etc/cpanel_exim_system_filter2) for systemfilter. This setting will not be updated.

Could you give us an idea of why this is happening? If we straight up cp the /etc/cpanel_exim_system_filter to /etc/cpanel_exim_system_filter_test and attempt to change the system filter file to the test file, we get the same error.

Is there any additional logging information in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log location upon trying to change to that filter?

Also, can you provide your cPanel version?
