    hello,

When I create a normal account in root WHM, everything be ok... But when one reseller creates a simple account on his WHM, that account does not have acess to cpanel.

The password is correct and login too, but I can't acess the user's cpanel account even with the root password or reseller password.

I already revised all configs on reseller's center and everything's looks correct... I did updated my cpanel version and the problem did not fixed.

I asked support for my datacenter but they don't support that...

    Please help me... =(

Yeah, i've checked that... I also disabled firewall to make a test but the problem still happening.

I can't connect with any login but I can get in cpanel by the first account that I created. I also can't login FTP of that accounts, I only can get in FTP using the first account created.

I was using WHM 9.9.9 cPanel 9.9.9-S15 Fedora i686 - WHM X v3.1.0 and I update to the last version: 9.9.9-EDGE_23 (Fri Dec 17 02:52:22 2004) some minutes ago but the problem still happening.

Please help me cause I need transfer my accounts to this dedicated but not with this problem... =/

Do you know we can't access cpanel with root password.
To access cpanel first you have to make user account from whm then this user can login in to cpanel.

that must be because you have disabled direct root access to the server due to security reasons

Shouldn't the new account you create be able to be logged onto without a domain name? I show setting up the account on cpanel was successful but the name and password aren't working...... I can't get an answer from tech support either......
