    Hello

On cpanel when you add a ftp account the username will be as xxxxxx@domain.tld
The issue is that with filezilla and some others clients don't like "@" in username
This is impossible to connect to ftp with an "@" in username.
How to fix it ? Because it's not possible to define a username without an "@".

    Thanks for you advices !

    Hello,

You should be able to use the "@domain.tld" suffix in the username for all virtual FTP accounts created via cPanel. However, the cPanel account username itself should not include the @domain.tld suffix when logging in via FTP.

Could you review /var/log/messages and let us know the output when authentication fails for one of the virtual FTP accounts?

    Thank you.
