Can't Connect to Remote MySQL Database

Hey Guys, I'm new on this forum.
Remote Mysql doesn't work anymore on my host, I tried with others host and it's the same problem.
The host support told me that CPanel don't support remote Mysql anymore since the new Cpanel update.

I whitelist my Ip and even all Ip with the % parameter, but the connection from outside is not allowed. Only with localhost it still works.

It was working great few weeks ago ....

There has been no discontinuation of remote MySQL support from us, it may be that your provider does not support it. The documentation details how to set this up: Remote MySQL - Version 82 Documentation - cPanel Documentation

If this isn't functioning then I would assume the hosting provider has imposed a block of some sort and you'd need to discuss this with them further.
