Can't Copy multiple accounts/packages from another server

Hello All,
After 100+ cPanel copied, then server can't Copy multiple accounts/packages from another server. It shows.

I installed latest cpanel in both server.

This appears to indicate it cannot authenticate to the old machine any longer. Have you tried root SSH to the old machine to see if you can still connect to it? Also, if you have any firewalls running on either machine, please try stopping them temporarily in case the firewall began blocking the new server from connecting.
