Cant create a new user [moved]

    Cant create a new user

    keep getting the same error message, but his account doesnt show up in list accounts.


    were do i go to remove this

    Search came up with nothing

    Open httpd.conf file in any editor, as in vi

    vi /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf

    search the domain.com in it, you will find a complete <VistualHost>...</VistualHost> section, you can remove it from there.But that may not solve the problem.If the account is already setup on the server and not appearing in the WHM List Accounts, then do a search on forums for "List Accounts" you can find the differnet solutions for that.

    SSH root user
    if you do not have root access to your server you will need to contact your host

    If you are a reseller then most propably you will have only jailed shell access with which you cannot modify this
