Hi all - weird issue, we need to create a ticket urgently and the page Submit a request – cPanel does not allow for a new ticket to be create. The submit button is always disabled although all the required fields are filled out.

We have had a static IP change by our ISP without notice and has locked out our WHM/SSH access due to Host Access Control settings and need this removed.

Hey there! I checked with our team and there haven't been any issues with the ticket system in the last 24 hours. You can always email [email protected] if you need to reach us directly and are having issues with a ticket.

However, our team would not be able to edit any security settings on your machine on our side. If you need those type of adjustments made it would be best to contact your hosting provider or datacenter.
