    Hello.
After some modifications on my server, I've discovered that account creation function doesn't work.
I try, as usual, "Main >> Account Functions >> Create a New Account", fill all neccessary gaps (Domain, UserName, Password and Contact Email), and, press the "Create" button. But cPanel returns only message "Account Creation Complete!!!". and provides no additional information. Moreover, the account was not created, indeed: there is no account in account list function, even, there is no account in system with that name, and other account's properties was not created.
Unfortunately, I can't determine the action, which has broken cPanel :(

Is there any way to determine an error? any cpanel's logs?

    PS: WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-R9808 CentOS 4.5 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

    sorry to trouble you

the problem has bin fixed via update: "/scripts/upcp --force"

to determine the problem use "tail -f /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log"

PS: I do NOT recommend use --force flag, due to a lot of time lost :) try first just "/scripts/upcp"
