Cant create accounts

    I get this when I try to create an account
    [a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]
    Account Creation Complete!!!

    Also when I go to list accounts I get this
    [a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]




    Here is my error log. I tried a few things I found using google to fix the fatal error but none have worked

    Some errors

    I have some errors, can some body solve it?

    You might want to recompile apache to fix the missing file issue and be sure everything is in working order.
