can't create email address for addon domain

Hi all

The addon domain in question does not come up as an option when creating email addresses - any idea where this entry should be set / what script to run to get it to appear?

Sorry should have updated this when I found the solution - check the domain has the correct entries in

/etc/userdomains


/var/cpanel/users

Once the entries are in place (if them missing was the issue in the first place!) the domain should show up in the control panel. I believe that the first file governs whether the addon domain can be controlled by that user (i.e removed) and the second will get it to show up in add remove email accounts (amongst other things governed by the presence of the domain in the file)
