Can't Create New Account

Ok so I'm not getting an error or anything at all, but when I go to create a new account it just... doesn't do anything. Everything's filled out just fine, but it won't create the account. Any ideas? :/

Could be related to browser as mentioned by Infopro. If still not working take a look at the following logs.

/usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
