Cant Create new Account

Cant create new account from whmcs. its throwing the error "

"Your system has run out of available IP addresses, or you do not have permission to use any more IP addresses. (Unable to find an IP address.)"


i check the plan in server and all settings. no dedicated ips assigned. need to select the shared ip.

verified the packages from /var/cpanel/packages/

This sounds as though WHMCS is attempting to provision the account with a package that has a dedicated IP address - I’d assume as a result of some setting within WHMCS.
Do you get the same error message when you add an account just through WHM?
