    Hello,

after a crash of my system, I had to reinstall everything on a new disk with a new distrib (before redhat 9, now fedora 4)
Now, cpanel/whm is installed and I cannot create or restore old accounts.

when trying to create a new account, it says "account creation complete" with nothing else before or after, but it's not create.
when I try to restore previous accounts, it says "Account creation failed.. cannot continue.." with no more info.

Any idea of what to do ? :/

in my case cpanel said "Stunnel was not running on your server due to xinetd listening on the pop3s port, which stunnel was also attempting to bind to. I have disabled pop3s in xinetd and restarted both xinetd and stunnel."
