Can't create new email accounts in cPanel

Hello,

This is what the add email page looks like:

Clicking create account doesn't work, the password generator doesn't work, and the strength counter doesn't work.

I've tried upgrading my cPanel software, however it didn't fix whatever is broken. Any guidance?

Are you using custom Branding? You can switch to the default theme for this account and test creating email account.
