Hello all,

I also cannot create a ticket - the button is grayed out. With my licensed ip address, it wants me to give the support ID, but I cannot since I am locked out of WHM.

WHM has a "cannot read license file" issue - however, nothing has changed on my end or for the datacenter. Because I recently rebuilt my personal machine, I don't have the SSH access and can't login remotely via putty. I'm trying not to contact the datacenter to physically work through this issue.

How can I submit a report ticket without a support ID?

Hey there! The best way to reach us when that happens is to send an email to [email protected] which will put you in touch with our Customer Service team. You'll need them to handle the license error you're seeing, and then they can move the ticket over to our support team once that is dealt with.

If you have SSH access you can also run this command to get the support access ID on the command line:
