    Cant delete email forwarders

    Hello :)

I am just a reseller with a cPanel at my main account that dont want to remove my two email forwarders made by cPsupport installed by Scripts Library. I removed the cPsupport with the remove option at the Script Library, but it let stay the email forwarders. If i remove the email forwarders by hand at cPanel its saying its removed and when i press "go back" its still there.

    I am using:
    cPanel Build 10.8.0-CURRENT 13
    Theme cPanel X v2.5.0
    On Linux

How can i remove the two email forwarders from my cPanel?

sounds like it might be a permission problem have your host remove them via the comand line

I think what dalem suggeted was that to contact your host to remove the forwarders for you.
You may have to edit the valiases file and you need root privileges for that. Sometimes there is see that the corresponding file for a particular domain is under the ownership of some other users. Anyway you should contact your hosting provider to get it done.

Yes it was realy a reply of my hosting, but its fine i have good reasons to stay with them.

He did manage to modify the file, and my email forwarders are removed.

Aby and Dalem many thanks to you two !!! :)

You two realy helped me out.

    Greetings,
