I can’t edit /usr/local/cpanel/base/webmaillogin.cgi it is telling me Operation not permitted or you have no rights - I have also tried removing it, no luck. I had the famous RoundCube installed and forgot to chattr +i the files now after an update these files seem to be locked from my usage.

Any ideas? I tried chown and chmod doesnt change it - also ran a forced update

also this is the file results:

    -rwxr-xr-x 1 root wheel 2831 Oct 19 00:28 /usr/local/cpanel/base/webmaillogin.cgi

All the folders leading up to that file are 755 as well - I am able to change the other files that got replaced, could it be in use or somthing?
