Can't enable Curl & CurlSSL in EasyApache 3.9.1

Hello,

I noticed that I can't select Curl and CurlSSL in the latest EasyApache build (version 3.9.1) like I did in previous build. Please see the details below:

Is this a bug or new feature? Any comments? Thank you.
