Cant Extract...

    I cant extract using filemanager this is what its saying

    Not sure if it matters here, but it appears you've got a couple spaces in your file name. Try renaming the file without spaces and reupload to see if that helps.

    I cant extract this file also no space in this name.

    Hmm, no clue. Maybe a few more questions though. What theme are you using in cPanel? What version of cPanel? Are you using winzip to create this zip and does it extract locally ok for you?

    Just for fun to test on my end, I found the file mentioned at this URL:
    /http://www.ohloh.net/p/mssti/download?package=Hide+links+for+guest&release=1.0.1

    Uploaded and unpacked using File Manager, works for me. Can you try that same exact file just to see if it works or no?

    All setting are default. I am using cpanel 11. cpanel link http://absolut.x10hosting.com:2082/. i can extract it from PC. and in cpanel i am using file manager v3

    I downloaded that file from tat link again and checked again still same problem :(. Any Idea?





    P.S. I used to extract .zip files 2 days before

    You might want to put in a ticket with your provider or to cPanel support and let them come by for a closer look.
