I have a WHM cPanel that i can't find the error log viewer.

When I open the Cpanel section, just open these options: Change Log, Customization, Install CPAddons Site Software, Manage CPAddons Site Software, Manage Plugins, Modify cPanel & WHM News, Reset a Mailman Password, Upgrade to Latest Version. It doesn't have a log option.

When I try to check via FPT client, it has no /usr/local/apache folder to check the error log files.

In your profile, I see cPanel Access Level: Website Owner. I assume you only have the cPanel interface access, If you do not have root-level access then you can't access /usr/local/apache folder

In addition to what @kodeslogic said, it sounds like your hosting provider has also limited what icons you can see inside the cPanel interface, as you should have many more buttons available than those you listed.

The best thing to do in this situation would be to speak with your host and see if they can help with the issue, or if they can enable the Errors function in your interface so you can see those on your end.
