I actually have a few on my server. Here are their locations:

    /etc/security/access.conf
    /home/.cpan/build/Net-Ident-1.20-4tUXwj/t/apache/conf/access.conf.in
    /home/cpins/installd/buildapache/apache_1.3.33/conf/access.conf-dist
    /home/cpins/installd/access.conf
    /home/cpapachebuild/buildapache/apache_1.3.37/conf/access.conf-dist
    /usr/share/snmp/mib2c.iterate_access.conf
    /usr/local/apache/conf/access.conf.default
    /usr/local/apache/conf/access.conf

All can be accessed through SSH or ConfigserverExplorer.
