Hello,

I'm about to open a support ticket at cPanel technical support. However, it requires my Server IP Address and the Support Access ID. As of its hint, Support Access ID could be found at Support Center under the Support Heading. But when I go to my WHM area (version 11.48.4) I don't see any of it anywhere. There is another option as well which is from a shell by executing `/usr/local/cpanel/cpanel -S` as the root user; and I don't know how to do this.

Could anyone here suggest me what have I missed and what should I do to get that Support access ID in order to continue to next step of opening a support ticket?

Thanks

Hello,

Since you are a reseller, you will have to contact your Hosting Provider as only they will be able to help you. You will need root access to be able to get this ID which it looks like you do not have.

Hello,

Thanks for your helpful reply. Looks like I am now getting into more complicated situation. The reason why I wish to open a ticket is that most of the install accounts at my WHM got increased a lot of bandwidth lately. So that I need to go there and update the bandwidth limit several times. My team and I thought that this is the result of being hacked or DoS attack. However, I could not find anywhere from my cPanel or even WHM to open a ticket.

It would be great if you could give us idea of how to fix this, or at least guide me to open a technical ticket to cPanel.

Thanks
