My domain email has frozen. From the main domain control panel, I manage email accounts and it says that I have "unlimited" quota. But when I try to adjust anything I get an error message saying, "cannot complete, quota exceeded" This took place even when I tried to log into my email account using webmail and manually delete email.

I realized I had not set an "aging" limit which overcrowded my box, but now it appears everything is frozen... and my host has given me "unlimited" quota so I'm confused why I'm getting this message anyway. Is there a back door to delete email from the server?

well, if you have a quota set for your hosting account, despite the email being unlimited, you may still be exceeding the domain's quota.

you should be asking your host to resolve this. we cannot do anything for you here.
