I found that the secondary drive /dev/sdb1 /backup (where the backups are stored) was not accesible (gaves read only drive and /backup folder empty no backups files). I dont know if this has something to do with the login error.
A question about this. I unmounted the /backup folder. Now if I do fdisk -l , /dev/sdb is not listed as harddrive anymore, but appears at WHM System Information. Is there a way to recover it to make it visible again at fdisk??
In order to run a fdisk at the secondary drive and then mount it again.
Thanks

Hello,

As Infopro mentioned, we strongly recommend updating your cPanel version. 11.38 is no longer supported, so even if you open a support ticket, we're going to tell you that we'll need to update the software for you.
