Check firewall permissions as on ours 2084 was blocked and we had to unblock it.

    Hi,

    try /etc/rc.d/init.d/cpanel3 restart

It should restart the chat port.

    Hello,

When I typed /etc/rc.d/init.d/cpanel3 restart I received a "command not found". I had to actually go into the init.d directory and type ./cpanel restart

    What am I doing wrong?

    Sincerely,

    Mark Langston

Same problem here, does anyone know how to fix it? My customers can't reach this chat port now.
