Okay, I've just setup a VPS hosting account... it came with WHM and cPanel. In the activation email it gave me info for logging into WHM, however not cPanel -- I can access cPanel from /cpanel, but I don't know the login info and there's no where to configure it.

Customer support from the host doesn't really understand my problem, I don't think.

    What should I do?

What error do you get when you try accessing cpanel with domain.com/cpanel ?

    Try using https://domain.com:2083 or http://domain.com:2082

If the above works and /cpanel doesn't, tell your host to setup the cpanel redirects in httpd.conf.

Have you created any accounts under WHM? A vps will usually come with no accounts created. Once you create an account (and allocate login details during the process) you will be able to access the cpanel part of the system.

Or am I totally misreading your problem?
