Can't install cPanel endless "......." outputted.

I am having a problem with a cPanel installation. I have followed the directions HERE


I have done...
# cd /home
# wget http://layer1.cpanel.net/latest
# sh latest



I let it do it's thing, and have come back 2-3 hours later and it's still stuck at doing...

CentOS 5.3 on a HyperVM VPS.



How do I fix this?

check /var/log/cpanel-install-thread0.log file and see what it is doing.

Its possible the VPS is just very slow. Check the machine load and ask the provider if something is wrong with the node. Some VPS providers use very slow hardware in a non-raid configuration to keep down prices.
