Can't install CPanel skins through WHM... Timing out

OK here is the problem:

Every single time I try to install a CPanel skin through the WebHost Manager, my request times out after a while. I've tried both with IE, and Netscape.

What I've done now is upload the themes I would like to install to an FTP server, and would like to know how to install them manually through SSH
