Cant Install cpanel!?!?

hi i am a newbie at this stuff. and i just got cpanel. this is what my zip file contains http://endless-4um.com/Capture_03132005_130239.BMP but i really didnt get any installation readme files or anything with it. can some one send me it or just post it here and tell me how i would install it? any help would be appreciated.

That is not this cPanel and this software is for *nix based systems only not windows. I suggest contacting whomever you got that zip file from for help.
